Upon completion of her Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma, we were sent the following from Bose Amadin’s Realise Training assessor.
I would like to say it has been an absolute pleasure to teach and develop Bose, she was unsure at first, but it has been amazing to watch her confidence and knowledge grow.
She is always wanting to learn and takes on board what I teach and how this can help her in her practice. I have loved getting to know her and especially see her in practice, she is so meticulous and the care and attention she gives is amazing. If I ever needed care, I would want her to support me, that’s how much she shone. It is carers like this that makes me so proud to watch and to be able to know I have helped with their development. She works well with other carers, they were able to establish a great team working ethic, they knew what each other wanted and how to support the individual and his needs.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to be enrolled in the NVQ program. Care Dynamics support along with the guidance of my dedicated tutor and the encouragement of our team, made it possible for me to complete this achievement successfully. I am truly honoured to be part of such an incredible Organisation. The experience has been tremendously beneficial, enhancing my skills and reinforcing my commitment to our shared goals. Completing this qualification has been very rewarding, and I look forward to applying my new skills to contribute even more effectively to our team. I hope it will inspire others to pursue similar growth opportunities within the organisation.
Excellent effort Bose, well done.
Would any staff wanting to undertake professional development qualifications, please contact Nick in the office.
