David completes Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma

Upon completion of his Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma, we were sent the following from David Senior’s Realise Training assessor.

Just wanted to let you know David has now fully completed his qualification. I just want to say it has been a pleasure to teach and develop David.

David has developed his knowledge and understanding from the start he knew some basics but as he’s gone on, he’s learnt more and developed.

Within practice he was a pleasure to watch the care and attention he gave to the individual he supports was professional and he was able to make sure he saw to all his needs.

He is a credit to the service and to those he supports, it’s not often you see these skills in carers, but he has definitely has them and will take him far.

I’m so proud of how far he’s come and developed, and I wish him all the best in what he chooses to do next.
