Employee of the month and year: Gillian Rushton

Gillian Rushton has been awarded our Employee of the Month for December due to her excellent standard of ongoing care, outstanding support, commitment, professionalism, resilience and dedication. Gill is flexible, always putting the needs of her customers first. Choosing from our 12 Employees of the Month is always an extremely difficult decision because each person has proven to be exceptional, however, our 2022 Employee of the Year is Gill Rushton. As mentioned above, she has shown real commitment not just during December but throughout the whole year.
