Nazia completes Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma

Upon completion of her Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma, we were sent the following from Nazia Siddique’s Realise Training assessor.

Just wanted to let you know that Nazia has now completed her qualification. It has been an absolute pleasure to see her develop and grow.

At first, she wasn’t confident but the more she got into the course, the more she developed as a person each time I met her. She is so confident now.

Her practice is really good as well, she has so much care and attention for the people she supports, patience and the willing to learn and develop with knowing how to help them especially with their nonverbal signs.

It is passion like that where the individuals thrive off this and you can see a good relationship has developed.

She works well within a team as well, always showing her professionalism and there to support everyone she works with and supports.

Sad to see her go but happy to know she has completed and developed.
