Whilst we have always placed great importance on understanding and achieving the goals and ambitions of our customers, this year we have focused heavily on training with the intention of explaining how to identify and the needs of our customers.

Our Outcome Coordinator (Martin) and Head of Care and Support (Carlo) have delivered face-to-face outcome training to nearly 100 members of staff so far this year. 

The feedback from this course has been extremely positive, those undertaking have immediately begun to evidence putting theory into practice.

This results in even more customers achieving their desired goals.
