Ovay completes Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma

Upon completion of her Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma, we were sent the following from Ovayoza Realise Training assessor.

Ovay has been a pleasure to work with and to get to know. Her knowledge and understanding were evident from the start, I think the course just helped her to gain more in other areas, such as legislations and being more aware of certain topics. When observing her in the care environment, she worked with the individuals well explaining throughout to them what they needed, and you could see that they respected and trusted her as well which is really important in care that relationship is established. Ovayoza managed to get over her fear of technology as well which each visit was less stressful for her. I am pleased she has completed before her end date and this just shows the dedication she had to the qualification.
